Saints Peter and Paul...
Confessional. Liturgical. Lutheran.

Saints Peter and Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Lutheran Diocese of North America (ELDoNA), a small Lutheran church body endeavoring with God's help to remain faithful to the Word of God and the historical doctrinal teachings of the Lutheran Church. Currently the Congregation and its Pastor have Altar and Pulpit Fellowship with the other independent Congregations also affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Diocese of North America (ELDoNA) and other Congregations affiliated with any Lutheran body in Altar and Pulpit Fellowship with the ELDoNA. How We Worship

We follow the historic worship format of the Christian Church. We are liturgical, that is, there is "an order of service" which is centered in Christ. We are "sacramental," rejoicing that our Lord comes to us in His holy Word and in the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion. We believe that Christ is truly present in Holy Communion and, as we try to be faithful to Christ in the serving of this Sacrament, we ask that people be instructed before receiving Holy Communion.

The Lutheran Hymnal of 1941

Use the above link to find the hymns of The Lutheran Hymnal, Concordia, 1941. They are in numerical order as they appear in the hymnal. Click on any hymn title to listen to an MP3 file of that hymn. Right-click to save to your hard drive for later listening, burning to CD, etc. This website is a project of Paul G. Naumann, Pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church in Tacoma, Washington.

The Lutheran Quartet

The Lutheran Quartet site is dedicated to greater glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Here you will find favorite Lutheran hymns sung acappella by four voices. Most hymns are from The Lutheran Hymnal, published in 1941 by Concordia. The Lutheran Quartet is made up of four siblings - Ann Radcliffe, soprano; Gail Richardson, alto; Rev. Bruce Naumann, tenor and Rev. Paul Naumann, bass.

Let the word of Christ
dwell in you richly,

teach and admonish one another
in all wisdom,
and sing psalms and hymns
and spiritual songs
with thankfulness
in your hearts to God.
